After one year and 2 days since closing, a lot of construction surprises, a lot of decisions and several headaches, we’ve got before and after pictures to share. Many details to still work out, furniture to buy and things to organize but we’re in and not looking back. More pictures on the right navigation under Before and After.

MOVE IN DAY.
353 days after closing on the house, we’re ready to move in. 99% of the finishes are done (still waiting on a backsplash, some electrical updates needed, some windows cleaned) but we’re moving in. Packers and movers arrive today and with a few more hours of hard work, we’ll be sleeping in the new place tonight.
Final pictures and before and after photos will be posted soon.

RIBBON STAIRS.

Supports are welded underneath and the appearance is a thin line of stairs that seem to float in space. Caleb, our metal guy, did another amazing job on these as well as the metal fireplace hearth and the cable railing on the stairs.
